For The First Week of Term 4 we are reading a Book called Zookeeper for a day Its a non- fiction book so we have to make a story Web because it is a Non-Fiction 

Something I enjoyed was Making the Story Web

Something That was hard was getting the Information

and something I could work on is put more Detail

In Our Class we have been Reading See You in the Cosmos Has our Class Novel For this Term. We Have finished The Book and we Had A lot of Activities to Do and they were all Relevant To The  Book

For The Last week of reading we are reading the story called:Whats at  the bottom of the sea. it is a Non - fiction Piece Of Text. So we had to make a Info Graphic this is mine. This is the FeedBack I got from the Last InfoGraphic
:Hi Manuk, I really like how you have a lot of detail. I really like how you used piktochart. Did you forget to add in what happens everyday, how a high tide comes an hour later after the day before. Apart from that, I really liked your infographic.

:Hi Manuk I really like that you always have a diagram for one different comment. Next time you could use your own words not the words in the story

:Hi Manuk, I really like how you added lots of Diagrams to show how like the moon causes a tide and it's good to add lots of Diagrams so maybe kids who are like 5 years old understand. Nice thinking about adding arrows and lines to show like it causes a tide because I never thought of putting arrows or lines I might do that next time though. Something to work on is probably adding more so like what Tyler said how a tide comes an hour later after the day before. But over all your infographic was very detailed.

W9 Reading Task

This week for reading we are reading a non - fiction text so that means that instead of making a story map you have to make a infographic  this week and this is my infographic 

The things that was hard for me was Understanding the text

The Clumsy SpaceTrooper

In Class for writing we have been doing some Collab writing and we were in groups of three when we were in our groups of three the first thing that we had to do is that we had to write a story using scholastic story starters and then when you got your topic you had to write a story in a group each person had to do a slide and then the last slide for the solution you had to work on it together.
Then after that you had to make a picture book and you were supposed to add pictures to the picture book so then it will be like a real book so this is my groups picture book

Te wiki o te Reo Maori

Because it is Maori Week for class we had to do a little scavenger hunt. What we had to do is research about Te wiki o te Reo Maori and then put it on a slideshow and publish it to our blogs. I found difficult was that when I made my Mihi I had to ask my parents some of the questions because I wasen't sure and another thing that was hard was that I had to get 10 facts about Te wiki o te Reo Maori and this is my DLO.

Reading task

For Reading instead of doing the normal shared slideshow we had to just publish our activity onto our blog without posting the shared slideshow then the group members have to go to each others blogs and comment

:Hi Manuk I really like how you have added when the first earthquake happened Because I didn't think of that. Next time you could add more information on like the different ways that earthquakes can happen

:Hey Manuk, I like how you have a lot of information. How do you know when the first earthquake happened it wasn't in the explanation. Next time could you change the background it's too destructing.

In class we have still have been doing the shared slideshow for our reading and this is
