SLJ Week 3, Day 4 Activity 2

Kia Ora Bloggers for this activity we had to write five things we do to become healthy.

1. Do running everyday
2. Eat healthy food( such as Fruits and veges )
3. being fit
4. calm my self down
5. meditate

    Well done on completing another activity! You're doing an amazing job getting through so many.

    These are some wonderful 'healthy living' tips. It's so important to look after your body and these are great ways to do just that. I always find it hard to motivate myself to go for a run; I much prefer to play sports. Do you like sports? (Other than cricket :)).
