For this activity we were allowed to write any story we want but it had to be at least 10 sentences
Once upon a time. there was a boy named Joseph, He was very poor. But he had a dream to become a really fast runner, he would always win his races. But he never had any money to get better shoes. He would always be the only one that is barefoot. one day when he had a race he came first place. A running coach saw that Joseph had skill. So one day he talked to him and bought him some shoes the first time he ran with them he didnt run as fast as he normally does. But then one day. he learnt that you dont need money to run fast.
I was a student at St Bernadette’s Primary School. This is a place where I sahred my learning with you. Please note… some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Bula Manuk,
ReplyDeleteGreat work on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity - keep up the good work. Don’t forget to comment back to blog commenters as well as on others SLJ blog posts to gain extra points.
What a cool and creative story you have written, well done!
Your story has a lovely storyline and I like that the coach was kind and bought Joseph new shoes. Joseph had a great moment when he realised that the shoes weren't what made him fast, it was him all along!
What could happen next for Joseph? Did you enjoy writing the story?
Until next time, happy blogging :)
